I Get It

With so many business and career coaches out there, why choose me?

Simple: I get it.

Not from textbooks or theory, but from lived experience. Over three decades, I’ve walked the path you’re on… from corporate career, to solopreneur to Founder/CEO of a small business, handling the reinventions, burn out and life’s curveballs!

Here’s what I really get:

Reinventing Your Career

I’m on chapter six of mine. From corporate high-flyer to solopreneur, from property consultancy to award-winning entrepreneur, from exec coach to founder of Midlife Mojo. Reinvention isn’t scary to me – it’s second nature.

Losing Your Professional Identity

When I closed my business in 2023, I lost more than a company. I lost my title, my status, my answer to “So, what do you do?” I know that hollow, disorienting feeling – and I know how to rebuild.

Feeling Lost & Overwhelmed

Ending a chapter can feel liberating… or crippling. For me, it was both. I’ve lived the fog, the flip-flopping, the days of doubt. I also know that being lost is essential to finding yourself and what gives you your mojo.

Juggling Motherhood & Ambition

Two kids, a husband working abroad, a business to build – I’ve done the 3 a.m shift, I have done the juggle. I’ve burned out, broken down, and promised myself never again. So yes, I get the guilt, the imbalance, and the relentless feeling of “not enough.”

Taking a Career Break

In 2024, I hit pause. Running 2to3days felt like being a meerkat attached to a pneumatic drill with no off-switch. Exhausted and empty, I took a year to reflect, reset, and road-test new ideas. Some days I felt unstoppable, others like a grey puddle. Both were part of the process.

Running Your Own Business

I built 2to3days from my kitchen table into an award-winning platform with 20,000 women in the community. I knew nothing about tech or recruitment at the start. I’ve made mistakes, worn the scars, and gained the wisdom. I wouldn’t trade this hands-on experience for anything.

When Everything Rests on You

As a founder, you’re the strategist, salesperson, marketer, ops lead, and finance manager – and the CEO of your family. I’ve been there, I know how heavy that weight is. Businesses don’t just run out of money; founders run out of mojo.

Life’s Curveballs

In 2021, my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. My kids were 14 and 16. It floored us. None of us know what life is going to throw at us. It’s tough, but we chose – and still choose – to look for the green shoots among the brambles. To keep moving forward on our own terms.

That’s Why I Coach

Because I know what it takes to rebuild, reinvent, and reignite. I don’t just bring frameworks and strategies. I bring lived experience, grit, humour, and a whole lot of empathy.
